JavaScript Job: Devops Engineer

Your mission

• Work as part of cross-functional team to ensure on time delivery of cloud-based telecom network components
• Develop, maintain, and perform continuous integration / continuous delivery solutions in development projects
• Deploy, operate and maintain critical applications on hybrid cloud architecture
• Work on 2nd and 3rd Level Service Management Tickets
• Use different AWS services (EC2, step functions, CloudWatch, API gateway, Lambda)
• Maintain existing company's systems and solutions
• Use Linux environment heavily

Our expectations

• Bachelor’s or a higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar field
• 2+ years experience with AWS services (EC2; VPC, EKS)
• Experience in AWS Networking
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience in building CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins / GitLab
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, using CloudFormation, Terraform and or similar tools.
• Experience with Docker container integration
• Willingness for on-call duties in a “you built it, you run it” manner
• You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus

• Basic at least 1 object-oriented programming language such as Python, JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with AWS CDK
